I’m Your Friend Here lost in a maze Of wrongs and mistakes Things I’ve learnt to take to heart elements of shame factors of failure and no one is to blame but those who never share that little ones learn and grow from slipping up from time to time and that’s nobody’s business if no one is hurt when no harm is done No room for guilt And done with receiving The message of the pointed finger Oh my sweet inner child Your mistakes were silly little buggers. The mistakes are mine, As gorgeous as they are I am free to make them. No one likes a perfect kid, Still a wrong step Makes you feel bad. Teachers and parents Were there where you are As you grow up I promise you this I’ll look after you and mostly what is Is that no one remembers the stupid Little things So don’t let them ruin your mornings or eves You’re just as good as anyone else And you’re enough If no one tells you Don’t let any mistake Make you lose your voice, your will or heart. I love you, you’re the best Little one!
