Like a life never lived to its fullest
A day that wasn’t well spent
Wasted
For the one hour’s moment
Brought by pressure 
And a journey cut short

Electricity circuits
And merry go rounds
Carousels and carnivals 
all come to end
A child’s life never mattered
For decision makers 

Hence lives may be
Cut short
another pair of eyes
a heart
