A yellow light
this afteroon
as if neon signs
splash against the white brick wall

Acid rain hasn’t stop falling
It scorches parched land
And a stench
Arrives with steady pace

A white wall against my window
Through which I see drops cling
Before their downward fall
Yellow stains remain
Texture of an old, weathered wall.
