I can picture you
taste you
in my coconut infused curry

gorgeous like a photograph
batter you with eager pitter-patter
and you tingle as you dangle

shame you're dry
fresh from Asia
sweet, zingy citrus to savour

for palates from around the table
coriander is your friend
and you bearded boat travelled far
